Corina was born in Calexico, CA and grew up in East Los Angeles, An attendee of Garfield high school. Go Bulldogs! From majoring in Biology in college to a long background in food sales as a Business Development Manager, the opportunity to help people led the career change in 2005. As a passion to help people not only in Real Estate but also on the streets, Corina makes it a priority to feed and clothe the homeless. David was born in the Northeast city in mainland China- Haerbin. He studied in the biggest city in Northeast city in mainland China- Haerbin. He studied in the biggest city in Northeast China-Shenyang, majoring in inorganic chemical engineering. He went to Hong Kong in 1994 to start a career in international businesses. In 2008 he made the big move to the USA, doing importing and distribution for general merchandise. All while doing business, he has been investing in Real Estate since 1999 in Shenzhen, China and still today here in the USA. Investing in properties led to his enjoyment in Real Estate. David's passion for learning and striving in new challenges is what he can bring to the table.

Tess is a recent Graduate from the California State University, Northridge. Tess majored in Cinema Television of Arts and is currently working her way into the entertainment industry, striving to be a Writer/Director in TV and Film. She is the office's own Media Guru, filled with fresh and new ideas. Tess is a Gemini Vegetarian [Legally Blonde reference]. Chris was born and raised in Pico Rivera, CA. He comes from a long line of Realtors. He began his career as a Title Rep in the late eighties, then in 2006 made the gradual switch to Real Estate.
